Isse has BA in administration and hands on experience in claims management
practicing in underwriting both medical and general takaful/insurance.
Before joining to Baraka Insurance He had the opportunity to hold the post of
underwriter in several insurance companies in, Somalia, Dubai and Qatar.
He has extensive experience in underwriting is key to the company and its underwriting
department. Isse is Head of Claims and System Manager of Baraka Insurance, he has
over 6 years’ experience in claims management and Medical Insurance.
